Sales Support Officer - Singapore - Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd
Description
**1. Job Scope- Prepare Quotation (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
- Manage weekly, monthly reports.
- Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note.
- Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal colleagues as well as oversea offices.
- Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities.
2. Job Requirements
- Optimistic, Positive and Proactive
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in speaking English for handling Englishspeaking people
- Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement
- Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required
- Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment
- General knowledge on excel format if any
- Relevant experience and knowledge in the freight forwarding industry in customer service of sales support will be at advantage.
