- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, advertisement, talent sourcing via all available channels, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees
- Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation and improvement of executive recruiting tools and processes
- Review applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments
- Provide guidance and support in addressing employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to concisely convey complex information to executive audiences
- Strong business acumen and understanding of global technology and industrial markets
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
