    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, advertisement, talent sourcing via all available channels, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees
    • Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation and improvement of executive recruiting tools and processes
    • Review applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments
    • Provide guidance and support in addressing employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to concisely convey complex information to executive audiences
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of global technology and industrial markets
    • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
