[What you will be working on]


You will be part of the procurement team in the Corporate Services Department, managing the procurement function for the Authority.

As part of your work, you will ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures and provide timely procurement of goods and services.

This role will involve liaising with external suppliers and working closely with different departments within MAS.

In addition to reviewing work processes and recommending improvements to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness, you may also be required to take on supervisory responsibilities.

[What we are looking for]

  • A serviceoriented, meticulous and resourceful individual
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good people skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Relevant experience in procurement is preferred
  • Experience in (i) government procurement; or (ii) data management and analysis; and/or (iii) process management will be an advantage
