Key responsibilitiesManage and execute private equity fund accounting, investment transaction record and supportPrepare/Review monthly quarterly financial work papers for portfolio companies/ SPVsPrepare financial statements, investor reports and other fund-related reportsManage workflow to ensure deadlines are met, this includes planning and coordination with tax advisers, auditors, legal counsels and banking personnelPrepare and review calculations and investor allocations for capital calls and distributionsMonitoring cash flows and cash balancesOther ad-hoc tasks
Key qualificationsBachelor degree in Accounting or related accounting qualificationAt least 3 years of Private Equity Fund Accounting experienceGood accounting technical skills, fast learner, hands-onGood communications and interpersonal skillsMotivated, detailed-oriented, positive attitudeInterested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at .
