    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Patient Service Officer (PSO) is at the forefront of care coordination and patient engagement. The PSO will be expected to cover both Clinical and Administrative work, assigned accordingly to support clinic operations.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening time (counter, dispensary room, treatment zones, consult name plates, etc.), and ensure proper closing after end of business hours.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of clinic, at counter, dispensary room, treatment zones and common areas.
    • Manage reception duties and maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained
    • Submit the Medisave/insurance claims applications.
    • Perform general administrative duties
    • Assist medical staff during their duty hours.
    • Dispensing medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to prescriptions, under supervision.
    • Manage inventory of dispensary items.
    • Chaperone doctors who require assistance
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
    • Good written and verbal communication in English
    • At least 2 years in Customer service-related field, ideally in similar capacity
    • Good communication and inter-personal skills
    • Excellent team player
    • Able and willing to work on a 5.5-day work week (fixed)
