- Sales / Business development
- Manage assigned accounts.
- Orchestrate the cross-functional support (supply, demand, product, engineering, and finance) required to manage revenue operations for publisher.
- Lead account strategy by monitoring & analyzing key performance trends, and optimizing open and private marketplace performance.
- Provide feedback and help shape the product roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends.
- Drive data analytics to derive actionable insights and shape business decisions.
- Own weekly reporting and quarterly revenue planning efforts for the accounts' portfolio.
- Own a portfolio of partners relationships and manage stakeholders to exceed revenue goals.
- Execute quarterly business reviews, monthly working sessions with publishers and calls to further account objective.
- Participate in events to evangelize Algorix and Programmatic landscape.
- Work closely with product teams and partners to navigate and launch product betas, partner integrations, and commercialization strategies.
- Good understanding of advertising terminologies and ad tech ecosystem.
- Analytical skills combined with great problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree and experience in account management & sales at a ad tech, media agency or media company will have advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and communications skills – both inside and outside the company.
- Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail.
- Fluent (written and spoken) English and knowledge of another foreign native language (written and spoken) will be a plus.
