Job Description :

• Focus on legal OR compliance recruitment specialism across China, Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
• Proven track record in various industries, especially in Banking & Finance, Technology, Legal industries.
• Source, identify, and reach out to working professionals in your specialism from various avenues;
• Managerial ability with confidence mentoring junior staffs, recruiting and give guidance and advice whenever needed;
• Understand candidates' individual career goals; evaluate candidates' suitability for vacancies and give recommendations;
• Provide professional career or talent acquisition consultancy services to candidates or clients respectively;
• Reach out to potential clients for new business opportunities;
• Research and gather updated market information, such as industry news, policies, hiring trends, and remuneration structure.

Requirements:

• Holds a bachelor's degree of any discipline
• 4-8 years of Legal & Regional experience
• Have strong new business development skills.
