Description

Demonstrate ability to liaise and coordinate work site requirements with client, relevant authorities and make timely decision on deployment of internal resources to support project site requirement

Have more than 10 years experience managing MRT (LTA and related government) projects
Hold a valid PUB Licensed Plumber qualification
Extensive experiences in water service, sanitary drainage and rainwater drainage new build, modification and repair works, for both underground and above ground installation works
Good knowledge on code of practices for water services and sanitary drainage, and plumbing work statutory requirements
Demonstrate ability to design water service, sanitary drainage and rainwater drainage system.
Able to create shop drawing and schematic independently
Able to manage daily work site documentation independently
Good knowledge of Autocad, Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat software
Able to work remotely under stress, and committed to overtime work to ensure timely completion of project schedule
