Job Description:


As a Territory Channel Marketing Specialist, your main task is to build the regional channel marketing strategy and lead the channel deployment and development with APAC Promotional Marketing Manager, that will help elevate our customer engagement across all consumer touchpoints.


You will report to the APAC Promotional Marketing Manager and be part of our APAC Territory Marketing Team, supporting the planning and execution of full mix marketing campaigns that deliver impactful results which ultimately drive sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop regional channel marketing plan as per HQ channel marketing guidance and regional business and marketing direction
  • Establish partnerships with field teams, to ensure the success of channel marketing deployment
  • Follow up execution to deploy channel visual merchandising (VM) and customer experience (CX) optimization in countries
  • Review & monitor the execution status on a daytoday basis and solve issues raised by the country in a timely manner
  • Management of regional channel marketing budgets vs. actual spends

Requirements:


  • Strong project management skill and good communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office software; design software preferred
