Job Description
As a Commercial Project Executive, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to final handover ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
You must serve as main point of contact for clients maintaining effective communication throughout the projects including review and assessment of design drawings and technical documents for compliance with specifications industry standards brand guidelines regulatory requirements contractual terms development maintenance of project schedules budgets progress reports site meetings tracking resolving operational issues procurement activities material planning delivery schedules identification mitigation measures implementation enforcement quality safety standards. Oversight also includes coordination closely with internal external consultants contractors suppliers adhering to all deadlines while managing multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously coordinating client expectations adherence to all regulations by reviewing assessing construction plans aiming toward delivering top-notch results satisfying both parties demands overseeing after-sales process supporting long-term growth through key services collaboration wecruit-pte-ltd.
