    Description
    Job Summary
    We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to support a project, in the maintenance of Regional Infrastructure Systems within a large financial organization. Mandatory Skill-set
    • Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field;
    • At least 2 years working experience in IT Support/Infrastructure Engineering;
    • Hands-on in ensuring the effectiveness of service management functions like monitoring, network performance, capacity management;
    • Demonstrate familiarity with networking principles and protocols;
    • Knowledge of system applications such as MS SQL Server, backup software, Application Server, and Checkpoint firewall;
    • Have experience in troubleshooting, system administration, and doing the root cause analysis;
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite- MS Excel and PowerPoint;
    • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
    • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and adeptness in problem-solving.
    Desired Skill-set
    • Command knowledge and practical experience in Information Technology (IT) servers or networks;
    • Prior exposure to Virtualization technologies.
    Responsibilities
    • Collaborate and communicate work across multiple discipline of IT which includes, technical team, Applications, Project Managers and Architects;
    • Involved in supporting the Infrastructure delivery services across Asia Region;
    • Support the build function by ensuring execution of the major project changes;
    • Responsible for the run and change initiatives by partnering with the production and application development teams to meet the SLA for Infrastructure readiness;
    • Generate comprehensive documentation such as Maintenance Reports and checklists;
    • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, document maintenance actions, and track issue resolutions;
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation encompassing system configurations and procedural guidelines;
    • Partner with various teams and tech teams to drive change request for Safety and Soundness which includes EOVS remediation, GEMS and Vulnerability Threat Management;
    • Escalate intricate issues to appropriate teams or vendors as needed;
    • Apply updates and patches to operating systems, software applications, and drivers to ensure security and optimize performance (Windows Server, RHEL);
    • Oversee software license management to ensure adherence to compliance and proper usage;
    • Implement robust security protocols to safeguard systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
