    Roles & Responsibilities

    Description:

    1. Manage full HR spectrum: Recruitment, retention, performance, training, compensation and compliance.
      1. Provide strategic HR guidance to enhance employee engagement and business outcomes.
      2. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, interviewing and extending job offers.
      3. Oversee on-boarding administrations and orientation programmes for new hires.
      4. Support school leaders in the performance management cycle by tracking and collecting completed appraisals from employees.
      5. Provide administrative support for compensation and benefit matters.
      6. Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, overtime and allowance calculations, CPF, IR8A and related matters.
      7. Assist with the application and renewal of Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Pass for foreign employees.
      8. Lead HR operations ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
      9. Develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency. Ensure audit compliance of work processes.
    2. Maintain and update of employees' data in the school system.
    3. Review policies and standard operation procedures to ensure that it stays relevant and effective. Propose process improvements and enhance employee experience.
    4. Oversee staff Insurance matters.
    5. Provide assistance on registration of training courses for employees and coordinate payment arrangements with training institutions.

    Requirements:

    1. Degree in Human Resource or related discipline.

    2. At least 5 years' experience in HR Operations.

    3. Experience in a leadership/ managerial role is preferred.

    4. Experience in early childhood or working in preschool setting is preferred.

    5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to main confidentiality.

    6. Positive work attitude and good analytical skills.

    7. Organised, meticulous, pro-active.

    8. Be knowledgeable in local employment law and payroll calculations.

    Working Hours:

    Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

    Working location: East
