- Design power supply hardware for various switching mode power converters (3-phase Vienna Rectifier, NPC, PFC, Flyback, Forward, Buck, Boost, Resonant topologies, and Synchronous Rectification), ranging from 1,000W to 22,000W.
- Design on-board-charger requirement, compact and high-power density requirement.
- Design to meet functional safety and reliability standards. For automotive grade.
- Theoretical analysis of concepts (calculation and simulation).
- Practical and detail evaluation on all types of power circuits.
- Enhance and improve circuit performances such as Efficiency and Reliability.
- Creation of 3D/2D models, assembly drawings, PCB and schematic designs.
- Support firmware development using various DSP/MCU platforms.
- As project key person to start from concept to mass production stage.
- Implement design for manufacturing and design for automation. DFx.
- Patent and technology creation, defining new power requirement.
- Electrical and Firmware architectures (lead and support).
- BSc, MSc, PhD or researcher with 2 to 5 years' experience is welcome.
- Experience >5 years will be considered for senior position.
- Experience with EV charger, On-Board-Charger (OBC) is a plus.
- Familiar with power measurement equipment.
- With solid technical know-how on transformer, power Mosfet, PWM controller and synchronous rectifier circuits.
- Understand the application of PID controllers and control loop analysis.
- Knowledge on EMC/IEC/UL/EN standards.
- Experience in PCB schematic and layout designs
- Experience in C programming.
- Experience with Solidworks drawing is a plus.
- Experience with development tools, for examples PADS, PSIM, MathCad, LTSpice, Ansys, Matlab, etc.
- Able to travel for manufacturing/business supports.
- Good interpersonal skill and result oriented.
