Description

Responsibility:

  • Organizing and supporting team engagement activities
  • Maintaining HRIS (Workday), including updating employee files
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding for the region
  • Coordinating meetings, supporting other HR team members & leader
  • Preparing HRrelated reports as needed
  • Office support
  • Assisting other HR duties assigned by the manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive information with tact
  • Solutions oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities to work efficiently
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively
