Description
Responsibility:
- Organizing and supporting team engagement activities
- Maintaining HRIS (Workday), including updating employee files
- Coordinating new hire onboarding for the region
- Coordinating meetings, supporting other HR team members & leader
- Preparing HRrelated reports as needed
- Office support
- Assisting other HR duties assigned by the manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive information with tact
- Solutions oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities to work efficiently
- Organized and detail oriented
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively
