    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job scope:

    • Handle tickets escalated from service desk relating to Printer / Wi-Fi / Software issue / Hardware issues / CCTV
    • Perform specific software basic trouble shooting
    • Manage vendor site visit for Hardware issues
    • Hardware provision for customer end users
    • Assist in hardware replacement (DELL/HP)
    • Help users with email activation, first time login in laptops and configure profile
    • Perform OS Installation / Software installation for Desktop / Laptops
    • Handle VIP End Users
    • Responsible for Asset Management
    • Assign field service colleagues

    Requirement:

    • Basic Network troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work under guidance of L3 resource from Offshore.
    • Perform shop floor visits in case of P1 issues during weekend on-call rotation
    • Work location: Tuas region
    • Working hours: 5.5 days with weekend on-call rotation
