Description

To navigate the growth and steer the business unit towards sustained long term profitability including securing financial business performance and compliance with Group's policies and standards.

Actively contribute to drive for growth and efficient operations by benchmarking and challenging our ways of working and sharing good examples.

Lead and prepare of the business unit's Business performance Plan, budget and forecast
Identify risks and opportunities and propose the appropriate actions.
Lead and produce the monthly, quarterly and annual management reports of the business unit,

Global reports and ad hoc requests within set datelines.

Monitor, followup and provide regular updates on the business unit's financial position and recommend improvement measures in case of deviations and potentials, working closely with the

different functions within the business units.

Optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken Able to balance between commercial viewpoint vs financial profitability in analysing levers for optimization.
Provide relevant and userfriendly business performance information, secure correct and clear

communication of Orders and Sales figures, analysing trends or deviations where insight is needed.

Supporting the Sales/Commercial team in converting performance insight into actions towards

maximising business opportunities in the most efficient and effective way i.e. gross profit steering, gaps vs sales plan and recommending actions to correct underperformance,

Drive automation, simplification of reports and processes of the business unit.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting or finance, is preferred. Fresh graduate in accounting/finance are welcome

to apply.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting/Finance.
Strong & effective communication, Teamwork and collaboration skills
Analytical, meticulous & able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Fast learner and good team player
Result oriented, selfreliant, and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team
Strong in Accounting & reporting software i.e. SAP, Tableau
