Responsibilities:


  • Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance
  • Ensure Response Time and Defect Turnaround Time meet contractual KPI
  • Conduct root cause analysis & implement proactive measures
  • Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification
  • Generate relevant administrative records and reports
  • Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work
  • Escalate unsolvable system problems and service request to the OEM/Vendor for technical support and reporting the escalation to the Group Lead
  • Perform standby duties if required
  • Requirements gathering, development, deployment for Change Proposal (CP)
  • Conduct regression testing, acceptance testing, documentation and training for CP
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:


  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, IT, EEE or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problemsolving aptitude
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows)and server administration
  • Basic knowledge on network and is interested in systems configuration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools
  • Experience or Knowledge in scripting, database
  • Team player, willing to learn, strong in communication and time managment
