    What the day will look like

  • Responsible to ensure TBS technology Asia projects meet agreed success targets and relevant client efficiency initiatives.
  • Handle the design and rollout of the Integrated Digital Health Solution (IDHS) project.
  • Responsible to ensure provision of evidenced and agreed KPI reports which may also include risk management metrics, resourcing, RCA information all in agreed formats and frequency as outlined by leadership.
  • Ensuring Asia representation in global forums, working with local, regional and global collaborators / thereby ensuring TBS technology Asia priorities are well-presented and duly prioritized. This will include representing Asia in development roadmaps and various other technology meetings.
  • Run TBS technology Asia proposition project issue escalation ensuring these are seen through to closure.
  • Programme manage the TBS technology Asia portfolio with expectations on quality and in accordance with our standard operating model and standard scope of services.
  • Overall responsibility and sponsor for TBS technology Asia portfolio documentation to ensure successful quality outcomes.
  • Working with relevant collaborators to ensure all TBS technology Asia projects and other assigned projects are proactively and correctly resourced and ensuring, agreeing and aligning risks are raised – in numbers and in skill sets and are successfully delivered to completion.
  • Working with relevant team members and other teams ensure and monitor service quality for the assigned technology programmes, services and products, ensuring compliance to policies and regulations and dealing with any issues as they arise.
  • Support Digital OLB Service Delivery Leaders, our India Leaders and Service Delivery Managers / Regional Projects) and / or other leaders as required in strategic or tactical TBS technology Asia initiatives.
  • Anticipate capacity constraints or capacity excess ahead of execution phase and ensure that either capacity constraints are planned for or capacity excess is cross utilised by other teams. This is in particular relation to the IDHS project.
  • Clear succession and cross-training plan for teams under remit.
  • Create and develop a multi-disciplinary technology specialist team able to manage technology projects successfully to meet the current and future plans.
  • Sponsor of change requests at a technology project and change level, ensuring relevant critical issues and manual activities are minimized.
  • Sponsor, coordinate and be responsible to ensure TBS and TBS Mobile App penetration testing and reporting for clients within Asia TBS solutions is undertaken timely and successfully.
  • The role may also be required to undertake other projects and tasks to assist in ensuring we deliver projects successfully, create and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and system architectural enhancements, as well as plan for future business strategy.
  • Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Diploma or university degree desirable but not mandatory. Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2) desirable but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in a digital / online benefits leader role, or senior consultant role with project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital benefits, online employee benefits products and implementation processes preferably within the financial services industry or similar.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment with excellent organisational skills - multi-tasking ability essential.
  • Able to work independently at fast pace.
  • Results driven and able to take accountability for results.
  • Exceptional business and client management; vendor management; and consultant experience.
  • Excellent team and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including influencing and negotiating.
