Our solutions include accounts payable and accounts receivable automation, certifications and accreditations system, customer on-boarding, incentives and grants management, scholarship and awards management system, and insurance claims system.

    Business Analyst Responsibilities:

    1. Analyse and synthesize information provided by business users
    2. Responsible for drawing out the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desires
    3. Defines the requirements in detail, identify the problem that the business is experiencing and state clearly and unambiguously what the business needs in order to resolve its problem.
    4. Create a business case which shows how a problem is being tackled, how much it will cost to resolve the problem and what benefits the organisation can expect to see once the problem has been resolved
    5. Align the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by our solution by constantly checking to ensure that a change is in-line with the expected business benefits and to ensure that the business case is still relevant
    6. Work to facilitate communication between organizational units
    7. Work with the development team and solution architect to create the design and define exactly what the solution should look like
    8. Serve as a bridge between business users and application developers

    Business Analyst Requirements:

    1. Diploma or higher in computer science or relevant field
    2. 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
    3. Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
    4. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    5. Ability to elicit business requirements from clients
    6. Strong time management skills and able to complete tasks on schedule
    7. Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
    8. Oral and written communication skills
    9. Interpersonal and consultative skills
    10. Candidate that is able to start work immediately or within short notice would be advantageous
