    Roles & Responsibilities

    Looking for Regular Part-time Admin Assistants

    The position is available on a Regular Part-time basis, 1 year contract.

    Location: Jurong East - Vision Exchange

    • Job function - Admin support
    • Immediate availability
    • Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm or 12pm to 5pm
    • Able to commit at least 4 times per week or Minimum 20 to 25hours a week
    • $11/hr (3-mth probation)
    • $12/hr - $13/hr with CPF
    • Progressive wage increment and inclusive of performance bonus

    Job Description - Administration (50% Weightage)

    • Support day-to-day administrative duties,
    • Data entry, reporting and invoicing,
    • Report Uploading,
    • Customer service support,
    • Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be able to commit till December 2024
    • Strong office administrative skills
    • Detail-oriented and meticulous
    • Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
    • Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
    • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
