- Job function - Admin support
- Immediate availability
- Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm or 12pm to 5pm
- Able to commit at least 4 times per week or Minimum 20 to 25hours a week
- $11/hr (3-mth probation)
- $12/hr - $13/hr with CPF
- Progressive wage increment and inclusive of performance bonus
- Support day-to-day administrative duties,
- Data entry, reporting and invoicing,
- Report Uploading,
- Customer service support,
- Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc.
- Must be able to commit till December 2024
- Strong office administrative skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
