Description
**Job Responsibilities: - Manpower management- Detailing of work for Packing Team
- Control work flow and ensure all work is done efficiently and timely
- Backup for Packers
- Packers Training and Assessment
- Distribution of packing lists and invoices
- Assist Ops Manager on some manpower management and Ops planning issues
- Enforce all necessary packing process (eg. Changing of weight etc)
- Ensure stock quality transferred in from Inventory is acceptable for packing
- Address all issues faced by Packers
- Work load distribution
- Stock Rationing
- Team Leadership
- Pick and Pack Software management
