The PureSpectrum APAC offices are now approaching their 3rd year and in this time we have amassed a best in class regional team (in Singapore, Sydney and India) as well as a very impressive roster of clients across 15 APAC countries.

We are looking for a senior experienced individual to contribute 'step changes' to our existing growth in Asia.

We are looking for a proven performer both in terms of being an individual contributor but also a leader who has demonstrated their ability at the highest level in the industry prior.


The Opportunity:


PureSpectrum is seeking a Senior Client Development Director who will be a key driver in expanding the company's presence and success in the Asian market.

You will play a critical role in leading and overseeing all client-related operations and initiatives across the region, driving growth and strategic partnerships.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the organization's development and our story of 'tomorrow'.

The role will report directly to the APAC Managing Director.

The role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong or potentially another central Asia location where you have an existing right to work.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company's business strategies and plans for the Asian market, ensuring growth and profitability in the region.
  • Lead and manage the Asia clientfacing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Asian market, fostering longterm partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments in the Asian market to identify new opportunities and drive innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives and projects in the Asian market.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:


  • At least 8 years' experience working and managing in Asia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and success in the Asian market in the MR industry
  • Strong understanding of the market research and insights industry, with a focus on technology and datadriven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in English and [Language(s) relevant to the Asian market].
