Roles Responsibilities


  • Assist Project Manager in the Project Management, Project Planning,
coordination, and preparation of documents for submission.


  • Propose alternative design and construction methods to consultants.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management, and deployment of resources.
  • Liaise with various related parties including customer, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the products and processes.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Job Description:


  • Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
  • Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
  • Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications /
drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection

etc.


  • Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of
practice and safety regulations.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by Singapore
Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent

2. 5 years of working experience in the construction

industry.


  • Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit
