    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    The Infra and Software Engineer is responsible for maintaining and administering our company's IT systems. The role involves a variety of tasks, including domain registration, SSL certification, various systems administrative tasks, and programming. This position is ideal for a motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the field of IT infrastructure and software development.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations & Maintenance Management

    System Administration: Oversee and manage systems such as Synology, Acronis, Windows, IIS, Nginx, MS SQL, MySQL, Active Directory, Ubuntu/Centos, Microsoft 365, Outlook, UPS, PABX, SLCC, PLC, NP2COM, Jira, Confluence, Tempo, Perforce, MS Exchange, VMware, vCenter, HyperV, Aruba Network Switch, and others.

    Network and Security Management: Administer DNS, DHCP, SonicWall, Dell Managed Switch, CISCO Router, MBox Router, HP Managed Switch, and other networking and security tools.

    Cloud Services Administration: Manage cloud services including Azure, Alicloud ECS, Firewall, SLB & ALB.

    Software Development: Software development using languages and frameworks like C#, Java, GOLang, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, VueJS, React, API, MQTT, Spring Cloud Framework, FineBI, Docker, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Tika, Eureka, and Redis.

    Hardware Management: Maintain hardware systems including printers, Dell iSCSI Storage, Dell Server, Door Access System, Panasonic PABX, and others.

    Registration and Renewal Tasks: Handle domain registration and renewal, SSL certificate registration and renewal, and Apple account registration and renewal.

    Documentation and Procurement: Manage documentation and procurement-related tasks.

    Training: Actively provide knowledge sharing and training with regards to a wide array of systems and software.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • No prior work experience is required.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Occasional overtime due to the nature of system maintenance during off-peak hours and emergency responses.
    • Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or other relevant IT fields will be advantageous.
    • Any programming or software development-related certifications.
