Responsibilities:


  • Prepare all required shipping documentation accurately and timely to facilitate ontime delivery.
  • Prepare and submit permit/declarations to Government agencies for shipments.
  • Attend to operations to ensure cargo is delivered safely and promptly to the designated locations.
  • Monitor, followup, and track shipment arrival and delivery to destination.
  • Prepare billing advice for completed shipments.

Requirements:


  • Min. GCE 'O' or 'A" Levels with Pass in English and Mathematics.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently and a highlymotivated team player
  • Proficient in Office Productivity Tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge/Background of Freight and/or Cargo Clearance Permit declaration (Preferred but not necessary)
