Key Responsibilities:


  • Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents.
  • Involved in Incident Management meetings for major production incidents
  • Assist in coordinating and managing system stability operations such Disaster Recovery exercises and Quarterly Maintenance as part of SRE team
  • Participate in the review of changes and its impact on the system as part of the Change Approval Board
  • Contribute on the implementation of best practices for SRE

Role Requirements:

***- Technically competent to work with the SRE/Support teams to handle the production major incidents

  • Experience in Production tools development and integration is required.
  • Knowledge on any of the core banking system in wealth management is required
  • Experience in Java development, spring boot & micro services are required
  • Experience in python scripting or Scala programming would be preferred
  • Fair knowledge on the private banking business process and functions will be an advantage
  • Ability to collaborate with teams, onsite and offshore, in delivering the solution
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Good presentation skills (in a meeting room and in remote meeting place)
  • Experience in managing offshore team's deliverables
  • Vendor coordination (managing the vendor contacts and work closely with them in delivering the projects)
