Description

**Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a sizable team managing across the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, reviewing of month end and year closing of entity books, preparation of group consolidation and management reports, financial statement for audit purposes.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the daytoday financial operations within the company
Oversee financial department employees
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
Provide insightful information and expectations to management to aid in longterm and shortterm decision making
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Liaising with the external professionals such as corporate secretarial agents, legal and financial advisors, auditors etc. in relation to the corporate finance matters

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with at least 35 years of experience
Prior experience in SGX listed firms is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and with strong personal character
Strong communication skills, written and oral
Experience using financial software
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Sharp time management skills
Strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
