Astek International is proposing an opportunity for
Business Analyst to support our project based in
Singapore .

Responsibilities:

Prepare Functional Specifications Document (FSD) during project execution phase, along with delivery of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Support project team during the execution phase of the project for any queries pertaining to the FSD or BRD or User Stories. Reengage business SMEs to revise requirements and/or for the acceptance of alternative solutions, due to design or implementation constraints encountered where necessary.
Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identify risks for the company's clients.
Prepare training plans and user manuals, and conduct trainings to users before system launch
Provide close support to system users in the adoption of the new system.
Build simple automation solution for business users using MS Excel, O365 suites, Appian, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modeling and business processes.
Experience with ETL process, SQL and automation technology
Experience in project management and Agile methodology skills with strong delivery mindset
Good understanding of tax and finance business domain
