Description

Well-established local M&E company looking for self-driven individual to take on role of M&E Coordinator.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical systems.

2. Coordinating with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

3. Conducting regular inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.

4. Ordering and managing inventory of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance activities.

5. Providing technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.

6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operation of mechanical and electrical systems.

7. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance schedules.

8. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.

9. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.

10. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with mechanical and electrical systems as they arise.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Must be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills
• Educational background in area of M&E of added advantage
