Job Description

• Leads and supervises the team in the study of Tender contract conditions, preambles, architectural and engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Reviews the requirements of the tender documents and establish a clear understanding of the Client's needs.
• Verifies and submits completed tender evaluation for Management's approval.
• Ensures proper and timely submission of tenders.
• Upon award of contract, supervises the execution of the formal contract and makes certain that the Client's needs are met.
• Resolves any issues that may arise during the contractual period
• Provides advice on contractual, tender, and claim issues.
