Description
**Personal Assistant/Chauffeur Responsibilities
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- reminding chairman of important meetings, tasks or deadlines
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

  • Personal driver to Chairman for official business and personal appointments
  • Provide chauffeur services to Chairman's guests as and when required
  • Running of errands for the Chairman as and when required
  • Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality always
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Proactive, Punctual, and good work ethics.

Requirements:


  • Valid driving license with a clean record
  • Familiar with Singapore routes
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as Family Driver with top management
  • Able to work irregular hours (including public holidays)
  • 6day work week (Required to work on Saturdays)
  • Good punctuality, patience, attendance and work ethics
