RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support in the Centre's outreach and strategic activities.
  • Manage and maintain timely and accurate registry of donorsupport financial award schemes and website content.
  • Assist with the formulation, implementation and continual improvement of an effective tracking mechanism to streamline the awarding of donorsupported financial awards.
  • Support and work with various selection parties in ensuring selection activities are carried out in compliance with financial award requirements.
  • Work with Office of Advancement to ensure timely arrival of award decisions and provide accurate data to support stewardship activities.
  • Maintain accurate FA budgets and working with relevant parties to ensure timely payment to students to meet their study expenses.
  • Assist in the review on work practice and process and make recommendation to improvements.
  • Maintain accurate recipient records and ensure changes made timely to support payment/analytical activities.
  • Manage activities relating to award agreement signing and maintain proper records.
  • Ready to take on additional responsibilities for a holistic development and be open to assist in other work areas when called upon.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of administrative work experience (preference for prior experience in educational industry).
  • Good time management skills, meticulous and committed to delivering quality outputs.
  • Ability to adapt to and be resourceful in managing situations.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
