    We're looking for a highly driven and motivated Key Account Manager for our Marketplace team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this is the place for you The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

    This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Lead, Account Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunities
    • Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs
    • Maintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each account
    • Keep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiatives
    • Construct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customers
    • Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
    • Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
    • Use and create management reports to assess performance of vendors
    • Prepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external review
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years' experience within an Account Management role preferable
    • Proven track record of Account Management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience, preferably in eCommerce for FMCG brands
    • Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
    • Strong relationship builder, has a positive attitude and is a team player
    • Highly driven, self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
    • Customer focused, enjoys working autonomously, hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn
    • Strong analytical skills, makes well judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
    • Has a flexible approach, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
    • Highly organised and plans and prioritizes work effectively
