    About the Role

  • Involvement in business process improvement and ERP enablement initiatives
  • Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints
  • Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients' desired business outcomes and engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyses process and reporting requirements
  • Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and on SAP recommended processes and functions
  • Design target state SAP solutions for clients and influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/standard practices while developing target state
  • Analyse application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
  • Perform SAP configuration and tests and develop specifications for development of forms/reports/ interfaces
  • Define 'To-Be' stage of processes, procedures, organisations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurements
  • Develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve 'To-Be' stage effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team and mentoring juniors
  • Strong project management experience
  • Manage/conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
  • Support team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects
  • Effective stakeholder management skills

    • About You

  • A recognised degree qualification
  • Strong understanding of how business processes work and integrate in an ERP environment
  • Prior experience in area of Ariba Sourcing, SIPM and Contracts space with minimum one implementation, where upstream and downstream Ariba solutions were involved/in scope
  • Involvement in full life cycle of SAP Ariba Sourcing, SIPM and Contracts implementations
  • Ability to design and drive changes for business process reengineering and organisational change
  • Good understanding of SAP ERP functionalities in Supply Chain Management (Procurement/Sales/Manufacturing)
  • Business experience in large organization in procurement and sourcing, vendor and contracts management
  • Must have knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba SIPM and Ariba P2P
  • Must have Ariba configuration, enhancement and customization experience
  • Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Demonstrated success in multicultural work environment
  • Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus
  • Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
  • Broad understanding of SAP design and appreciation of Digital Enterprise and Emerging Technologies
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong client service mindset with good project management skills
  • Flexibility to travel in the region when required
