    JOB OVERVIEW

    The workplace is where most adult Singaporeans spend a majority of their day at and is thus a key setting for health promotion. Companies and organisations can have a positive influence on their employee's health, through creating the right type of working environment.

    The Settings-based Workplace Outreach Department (SBO) drives strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as real estate partners, business space owners, health solution providers and companies to design, market and implement impactful health promotion solutions to improve the health of working population in Singapore.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide IT and administrative support to the division, including managing requests for IT access/accounts, assisting with IT matters related to new hires, managing invoicing, POs, and other related tasks.
    • Assist HODs in managing, monitoring, and tracking departmental budgets.
    • Collaborate with Project Leads to support data management, including ensuring that all data is cleaned up before entry, acting as a point of contact for division dashboard improvements, verifying attendance, and creating payment drafts for stakeholders.
    • Support HODs in managing KPIs, including monthly cluster achievement tracking and monthly KPI reporting.
    • Contribute to audit and risk management, aligning with the division's risk management plan, engaging with stakeholders, and communicating findings to relevant parties.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 3 years of work experience in an administrative support role
    • Having previous experience in workplace health or outreach roles is ideal but optional.
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and have a good understanding of Excel skills such as pivot tables, de-duplication, basic formulas, etc.
    • Having project management skills or experience would be beneficial for the candidate.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Exhibit critical thinking abilities and a growth mindset.
    • Able to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
