    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with the established service level agreement and payment guidelines.
    • Work with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries.
    • Process failed remittances in accordance with procedures.
    • Other ad hoc tasks assign by Team Manager.

    Requirement

    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or in any related majors.
    • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Banking operations, Administration or Finance role.
    • Good to have experience in payments.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with keen eye for details.
    • Good knowledge of intermediate level Excel functions (V-lookup, Pivot table etc).
    • Able to work well in a team.
