- Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with the established service level agreement and payment guidelines.
- Work with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries.
- Process failed remittances in accordance with procedures.
- Other ad hoc tasks assign by Team Manager.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or in any related majors.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Banking operations, Administration or Finance role.
- Good to have experience in payments.
- Excellent analytical skills, with keen eye for details.
- Good knowledge of intermediate level Excel functions (V-lookup, Pivot table etc).
- Able to work well in a team.
