    Location:

    • Nearest MRT: Labrador Park

    Working hours:

    • 5 days work week
    • 8.15am to 5.30pm/ 11.00am to 8.15pm
    • Rotating Weekend Off

    Salary: $3000 per month

    Job scope:

    • Handle incoming calls from the public, addressing general inquiries and providing accurate information and technical assistance, including password resets.
    • Conduct initial troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.
    • Escalate complex cases to the relevant product teams for further assistance.

    Requirement:

    • Able to work Shift Hours
    • Experience in using email (Outlook, Gmail, etc) will be an advantage.
    • Possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
