- Handle incoming calls from the public, addressing general inquiries and providing accurate information and technical assistance, including password resets.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant product teams for further assistance.
- Able to work Shift Hours
- Experience in using email (Outlook, Gmail, etc) will be an advantage.
- Possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
