    Full time $30,000 - $45,000 per year Tourism / Travel / Hospitality
    Description
    • Assist in organising and executing events from conception to completion of events
    • Use and manage digital platforms such as Zoom Webinar
    • Source for vendors / suppliers and venue site recee required for the events
    • Organise logistic and delivery requirements
    • Deployed to work at events on-site or virtually
    • Generate post event reports

    Requirements

    • Diploma in events and/or relevant fields
    • Minimum 1 year experience in Events, Fund Raising, Project Management and/or relevant fields is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Self-driven, people oriented and a team player
    • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
    • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • Ability to communicate, build and maintain good relationship with the community.
    • Excellent in oral and written command of the English language is essential, proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking members
