As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for promoting health and well-being, improving dietary habits, and managing medical conditions in the community.

Responsibilities

• Apply the science of nutrition to promote health and well-being, improve dietary habits, and manage various medical conditions of our clients in the community.
• Assess and create individualized nutrition treatment plans for clients.
• Monitor and adjust nutrition plans, ensuring the achievement of health goals.
• Plan and implement nutrition education programs for clients, caregivers, and the public.
• Participate in community outreach activities to promote health and well-being.
• Develop and update educational resources for various stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee catering services, ensuring adherence to nutritional and hygiene standards.
• Review and develop menus, including therapeutic diets for specific health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory food standards and oversee food quality monitoring.
• Assist with data collection and contribute to studies aimed at improving patient care.
• Assist with budget planning, revenue forecasting, and financial management for nutrition-related projects.
• Review and help develop policies and procedures to improve patient care and achieve cost containment.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition services into multidisciplinary care programs.
• Provide nutrition consultancy to facilities like nursing homes and caterers serving care facilities.
