Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide career retention support (case management) services to exoffenders
  • Manage scheduling and conduct of work site visits and/or video/phone calls to exoffenders, their employers and/or supervisors
  • Monitor and report Career Retention Supportrelated matters
  • Determinants on receiving cases
  • Facilitate the conduct of case management audits when requested

Requirements:


  • Minimally a Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team of staff/projects
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project/contract management, preferably related to the provision of case management services
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, Excel

Salary:
$4, $5,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
