We are currently looking for a Lead 3D Artist to join our energetic team in Singapore
Job Description:
Ability to produce character and environment models
Ensure that any 3D bugs are fixed
Contribute to the game's content creation
Serve as a 3D technical/artistic expert for the team
Coordinate with the Art Lead, estimate the time needed to complete 3D art tasks
Know the technical and artistic constraints for mobile games
Actively work with other department stakeholders and external collaborators
Takes ownership of work and is able to work independently
Risk management.
Job Requirements:
5 years' experience as an 3D Artist or other role responsible for creating game-ready assets in a full-cycle game development studio
Able to create hand-painted textures
Efficient at low to mid poly modeling
High quality portfolio demonstrating design and 3D modeling (low-mid poly, game topology, cartoon style)
Expert Modelling and UV skills with a recognized 3D package such as 3D Max, Maya, or Blender
Expert in Zbrush
Expert in Substance Painter
Expert in rendering in Marmoset or any rendering packages
Ability to translate concept and reference artwork into 3D game assets
Passionate about video games
Has experience in working with Unity or Unreal engines
Intermediate knowledge in rigging and animation
Familiar with shaders
Experience working in an indie / development team set up
