Description
The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring and managing relationships with prospective clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Partnering with the portfolio specialists to provide timely and relevant investment advisory services to clients.
- Analyzing clients' risk appetite, investment preferences and return expectations and proposing investment solutions accordingly.
- Analyzing investment portfolios to determine asset reallocation opportunities.
- Developing, reviewing, and making recommendations for changes in investment policies based on market conditions.
- Complying with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating presales and postsales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within an Investment Advisor, Sales/Relationship Manager or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Consulting, Insurance and Retail Banking industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a selfstarter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
