The Role

Your Responsibilities will include:

Acquiring and managing relationships with prospective clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Partnering with the portfolio specialists to provide timely and relevant investment advisory services to clients.
Analyzing clients' risk appetite, investment preferences and return expectations and proposing investment solutions accordingly.
Analyzing investment portfolios to determine asset reallocation opportunities.
Developing, reviewing, and making recommendations for changes in investment policies based on market conditions.
Complying with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
Coordinating presales and postsales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:

You have at least 1 year experience within an Investment Advisor, Sales/Relationship Manager or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Consulting, Insurance and Retail Banking industry.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a selfstarter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
