Description

• Work as a member of operations team currently all others NY based
• Support trading desk during Asia trading hours, with traders located in the US
• Monitor order flow through internal systems (OMS
• Intraday P&L system
• Accounting Systems) to ensure proper P&L reporting
• Perform operation functions with focus on accuracy and completeness including Trade bookings / settlement, cash wire processing, security master set ups, trade & cash reconciliations
• Support new projects / products / business on boarding to ensure trade operations are properly designed and implemented based on our standards and policies
• Working closely with external vendors and service providerso Administrator (Citco Fund Services)o Prime Brokers & Custodians
• Ensure smooth transitions with the USbased operations team, picking up from them in the morning and handing off at the end of your workday
• Other ad hoc requestsJob Requirements
• Min 5+ full year handson experience at a Hedge Fund, Administrator, Investment Bank Operations, or Prime Brokerage
• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Strong analytical skills, multitasking and time management
• Ability to adapt to a continuously evolving system and workflow environment
• Selfstarter capable of completing tasks and driving initiatives with mínimal supervision
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Familiarity with the following systems/service providers
• Bloomberg, Eze OMS, Citco, Advent Geneva, Electra Reconciliation, EAS (expense Allocation), MIK Portfolio Monitor
