Telesales Executive - Singapore - Cultivar Asia
Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting services.
- Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to engage prospects and close sales deals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive telesales efforts.
- Document and update customer information, including interactions, in the company's database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on improving sales processes and achieving overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- No minimum qualification required.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
