Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting services.
  • Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to engage prospects and close sales deals.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive telesales efforts.
  • Document and update customer information, including interactions, in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on improving sales processes and achieving overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain longterm relationships with clients.

Requirements:


  • No minimum qualification required.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
