Description
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans
- Handle PIP process with project team
- Assist in performance/appraisal management processes
- Assist in Probation review, Exit Interview and Contract Renewal process
- Liaise with agency on CVs, interview arrangement, offer package, contract renewal etc.
- Engage new agency from recruitment
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Exposure in IT Industry is added advantage
