Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading in continuous development and improvement of the company and assist in the development and formulation of long and shortrange planning, policies, programs and objectives.
  • Responsible for developing the operational plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer, licensor and company quality standards.
  • Responsible for achieving ptimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.
  • Responsible for developing and improving team through replacement, planning and activities
  • Responsible for all the written performance reviews of all management and supervision within your area of responsibility

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in Engineering
  • Min 5 years of working experience in managerial role in Manufacturing / Oil&Gas/ Precision Industry
