Your role
- The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function is responsible for providing oversight of the third party risk (inc. outsourcing) within Singapore.
- The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- support implementation of the Group Third Party Risk Management ("TPRM") Framework
- perform monitoring and control as well as supervision of the bank's Third Party (including outsourcing and non-outsourcing) portfolio. This may include (and is not limited) to review of the material arrangement pipeline, concentration risk, renewal status, yearly review etc
- support maintenance of a complete up to date Third Party register
- support internal/external audit and associated regulatory audit as directed.
- drive TPRM training across First Line of Defense (1LOD) including Business function, Risk Stakeholders and Sourcing. Collaborate with regional teams to implement a standard set of training modules and communication materials for different stakeholders
- develop reports for use by business areas and senior management regarding third-party risks.
- Partner with sourcing partners, Operational Risk Team, Information Security and Technology Risk Team, Compliance, Legal, business areas and other assurance functions in the second and third line of defense to identify thirdparty risks and escalate those risks appropriately

- You will be working in Chief Digital Information Office (CDIO) TPRM organization. You will be based in Singapore and working with a global team of professionals. This role will have broad exposure across the bank, interacting regularly with senior management, control partners and business stakeholders across the bank.

Your expertise
- minimum of 8 years focused expertise in Third Party Oversight, Vendor Governance, Risk Management, Operational Risk
- proven related financial services experience, risk & regulatory related experience highly desired
- third Party Vendor experience preferred
- broad and deep third-party risk technical knowledge
- experience in interaction with local and supra-national supervisors (e.g. MAS, APRA etc.), regulatory reporting; previous exposure to regulatory outsourcing and third party risk management requirements
- strong people management, internal consulting, and partnering skills
- ability to influence with or without authority to achieve desired outcomes
- balance and successfully manage competing priorities
- strong project management skills, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and responds well under pressure
- strong communication skills - ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solution
- analytical & capable of presenting & interpreting information to support senior decision making
- leadership and/or team management experience
- strong MS Office suite of products including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, MS tools and basic database management
