Description

• Responsible for technical governance and QA/QC compliance / excellence across the Fuels laboratory network in Asia Pacific (APAC) and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa (EEMEA)
• Ensures proper analysis and timely findings/responses/mitigation in a consistent and factual manner; establish & follow the escalation and reporting processes
• Providing governance, risk, and compliance for technical data and insights to drive improvement across the laboratory network, and Fuels business as a whole
• Design, implement and manage comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical governance objectives and align them with business goals
• Establish quality standards, KPI measurement guidelines, and efficiency of laboratory management processes
• Drive the adoption and compliance of technical governance practices throughout the organization
• Conduct regular laboratory assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remedial actions
• Lead the investigation of non-conformities and ensure corrective actions provide best-in-class solutions
• Provide guidance and support to the QA/QC technical teams across both regions to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and international standards
