- Assist in all general documentation and engineering data collation.
- Assist to update and maintain work instruction.

- Raise purchase requisitions such as RFQ & RFA
- Raise Periodic Commuting Arrangements applications.
- Support Sub-Committee activities.
- Manage monthly office inventory.
- Support office 6'S'
- Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to EH&S by meeting all EH&S legislation and regulations and driving EH&S compliance and surfacing/ correcting every unsafe situation.
- Assist managers and engineers to compile engineering reports.
- Assist to organize and maintain common folders and files.
- Diploma/ NITEC in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min 2 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement.
- Hands-on in using Microsoft Office tools to update and process data.
- Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills.
- Understand lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge in software application (Qlik Sense, Prosoft, SAP) is a plus.
- Knowledge in Aerospace, Industry 4.0 or Technology Transformation is a plus.
