Production Manager - Singapore - PRIMA LIMITED

Job Responsibilites:

• Manage and attend the customer and certification audits (SFA, HACCP, FSSC, 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal)
• Conduct investigation for internal and external complaints
• Responsible to update and maintain all the SOP(s), quality and safety documentation and revelant forms and records
• Provide support to all Production sections towards documentation implementation and controls
• Assist in training production staffs
• Take charge in Pest Control management, submit Waste Management report
• Participate in implementation of new area processess and improvements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
• Min 2 years exp in Food Manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of GMP/HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000
• Must be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking production workers
